Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee once it has been opened.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
